Tailor-Made Summer Getaways

The arrival of summer always brings a feeling of excitement and possibility. What will you do? Where will you go? What kind of stories will you get to tell when you return home? If you’re currently daydreaming about your next summer getaway, we’re right there with you.

This summer, we’re putting our focus firmly on joy – something the dedicated concierge teams at Four Seasons specialize in. They’re passionate about creating memories that will last a lifetime and making sure your dream getaway becomes a reality. Armed with expert knowledge, these talented Concierges are well-versed in creating custom itineraries, often with thoughtful surprises along the way. Whether it’s a family vacation in Orlando or a milestone celebration in Hualalai, Four Seasons knows how to make each and every stay unique and memorable.

We talked to Concierges at five different resorts about what tailor-made itineraries could look like at their destinations, along with their recommendations for the perfect summer stays.

Gear up for adventure in Maui

Home to an alluring mix of natural beauty and outdoor fun, Maui – Hawaii’s second-largest island – is a haven for adventure seekers who appreciate a laid-back lifestyle. From exploring waterfalls and hiking to the summit of Haleakalā to kayaking alongside a pod of dolphins, it’s easy to fill your days with wonder here. “There’s a reason the saying is ‘Maui nō ka ʻoi’ (Maui is the best), and we encourage everyone to get out and discover this very special destination,” says Margaux Pfeiffer, Director of Concierge and Guest Experience at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea.

From the moment you arrive, you can expect to feel a genuine sense of welcome and the connective spirit of aloha. Pfeiffer recommends stopping by for cocktails and pupu in the Lobby Lounge during the sunset ceremony – which includes hula and live Hawaiian music – before heading to dinner at DUO Steak and Seafood on your first night. “It’s the perfect way to set the mood for your tropical escape,” she says.

Mau 2332 970x540

Depending on your preferences, the Concierge can arrange for a day of adventure or create a custom itinerary for your entire stay. “Maui is a spectacular destination for summer travel,” says Pfeiffer, “and due to the Resort’s prime location just above Wailea Beach, guests have easy access to a wide range of ocean activities, shopping, golf and restaurants.” Favourites include helicopter tours, hiking trips, snorkelling excursions and surfing lessons.

Rise early and enjoy one of the Resort’s many complimentary cultural offerings, such as the outrigger canoe experience. Then spend the day lounging on the golden sands of Wailea Beach or poolside. Reserve a Luxury Cabana at the adults-only infinity-edge Serenity Pool while the children attend Kids For All Seasons, or choose an Ocean-View Luxury Cabana for a family-friendly option. Enjoy a treatment at the Spa and Wellness Center or visit the Next|Health IV lounge for a vitamin therapy IV drip to ensure you are feeling your best for your vacation. As the day draws to an end, Pfeiffer suggests enjoying a sunset dinner at Ferraro’s Bar e Ristorante, where you’ll find house-made pastas and a menu filled with the island’s freshest ingredients.

CAN’T-MISS ACTIVITY

Be sure to sign up for the Resort’s newest unforgettable experience, A Wayfinder’s Journey. This private and customizable three-hour catamaran experience celebrates the history of Hawaii’s wayfinding ancestors. First, you’ll enjoy a multi-course meal inspired by canoe plants (the 24 original plants brought to Hawaii by Polynesian voyagers) plus wine pairings, all prepared on board by a Four Seasons chef. Afterwards, you’ll be immersed in a Hawaii stargazing experience that is part storytelling and part astronomy. Your host for the evening is the distinguished navigator Kala Baybayan Tanaka, who uses the stars, swells and other natural elements to guide her, just like her ancestors centuries ago.

Make family memories in Orlando

Families travel to Orlando for a magical experience, and the team at
Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort is always on the lookout for opportunities to bring a little extra joy to every stay, whether it’s with a custom-decorated cabana for a recent college graduate or arranging a private meet and greet with a Disney princess.

The thing on everyone’s mind here is, of course, the theme parks, and John Dechmerowski, Concierge Assistant Manager at the Resort, strongly suggests booking a guided Disney VIP Tour through the Disney Planning Center. “We recommend that all our guests use these tours,” he says. “It’s so much easier to navigate through the parks.” VIP Tours need to be booked 60 days in advance, and the on-site team can make all the arrangements for you. Once they know your preferences – like which character your kids are dying to meet or what show you’d like front-row tickets to – they’ll call on your behalf to book experiences as soon as they’re available, leaving one more thing off your travel to-do list. Summertime is actually a great time to visit, notes Dechmerowski, since the crowds are calmer than they are during holiday peak season.

Want to retreat to some Four Seasons–style family fun? The Resort itself is a sprawling 26-acre oasis filled with a variety of amenities and on-site experiences guaranteed to keep guests of all ages smiling. Spend at least a day splashing around the Resort’s 5-acre waterpark – Explorer Island – complete with pools, a lazy river, water slides, splash zone, and a multitude of games and places to hang out together or with new friends.

Explorer Island is also home base for the award-winning Kids For All Seasons program, where kids ages 4–12 can take part in engaging activities, both indoors and out, such as superhero training, crafting, beach games and swimming. Drop them off in the morning and enjoy some quality time together at the adults-only pool, relax at the Spa with a personalized treatment, improve your tennis game with a private lesson, or play a round on the Tom Fazio–designed, 18-hole Tranquilo Golf Course.

For an adults-only evening, you can have the Concierge arrange for a babysitter while you stop by The Lobby Bar for happy hour before heading to dinner at Capa, the Michelin-starred steakhouse perched on the Resort’s 17th floor.

Try the private pizza-making class at Ravello. “These are really a big hit with families,” says Dechmerowski. For larger groups, the team can even arrange for a class in the demo kitchen. A young guest was particularly fond of one gelato flavour at Lickety Split. She had it so often that the team renamed the flavour after her for the duration of her stay, written on the chalkboard for all to see. Her face lit up each time she walked into the café.

Celebrate together in Hualalai

Surrounded by the white-sand beaches and the black lava landscape of the Kona-Kohala coast, Four Seasons Resort Hualalai offers a unique perspective on what the Big Island has to offer. “Everyone has their own story,” says Chef Concierge Manon Neller, “and our role as Concierges is to provide each guest with a customized itinerary curated specifically for them.” The ties to tradition, nature and island culture are felt everywhere at the Resort – from the daily programming at the Ka‘upulehu Cultural Center to the on-site swimmable aquarium known as King’s Pond – and Neller and his team are well versed in helping you create your own stories, traditions and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

“Whether it is a first-time guest celebrating a one-year anniversary or a return guest celebrating a 50th anniversary, our aim is to exude love and aloha,” says Neller. In fact, the Resort is known as a favourite Hawaiian destination, one that people flock to time and again. Spend your days filled with a variety of experiences such as playing a round of golf at the Jack Nicklaus signature Hualalai Golf Course, enjoying traditional Hawaiian treatments at the Spa, dining at one of the Resort’s seven restaurants or embarking on a custom ocean adventure.

If you’re in Hawaii to celebrate a milestone, you’re in luck. “We’ll help you celebrate a monumental occasion with an over-the-top experience on or off the Resort,” says Neller. “A helicopter ride to see the most active volcano in the world, a picnic under a waterfall, a romantic dinner under the stars prepared by one of our Resort chefs – nothing’s off the table.” Travelling with a group? The Resort’s villas and specialty suites offer added space and privacy, a dedicated Concierge, and custom inclusions that will tailor your stay even further.

Neller also recommends taking advantage of the Only at Hualalai experiences available exclusively at Four Seasons. These unique curated experiences are offered in partnership with local craftspeople and experts. Meet champion free-diver, spear-fisher and conservationist Kimi Werner for a thrilling free-diving experience; work with third-generation Hawaii Island blacksmith Neil Kamimura to forge your own knife; or join caretaker Justin Lee for a tour of Háloa Áina’s native Hawaiian ‘Iliahi forest on the slopes of Mauna Loa.

Soak in the sights, sounds and flavours of the Seychelles

When describing Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, Director of Guest Relations James Edwards has two words: true paradise. “You are always reminded of the beauty of the little cove we’re nestled in when you look out onto the horizon and see the sprawling sea,” he says. “Surrounded by mango, takamaka and kannel trees, the raw nature of the Seychelles is felt everywhere you go.”

Located just north of Madagascar, Seychelles is an archipelago of 115 islands comprising white-sand beaches, lush green mountains, coral reefs and granite outcroppings, all largely untouched by humans. Four Seasons has two resorts here, one on Seychelles’ largest island, Mahé, and another on its very own private island, Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island. One amazing way to explore the mountainous forests of Mahé, suggests Edwards, is on foot. Embark with a guide on a journey through the forest, learning more about the abundant variety of locally growing fruits, and stumbling across some incredible views of the island. “Whether you are keen to test your limits with a strenuous trek or simply want a stroll to learn more about the local flora, there is definitely a hike for you,” says Edwards.

Seychelles also offers plenty of ocean adventures. Point your kayak towards the horizon at the best time to view the sun as it sets on Petit Anse Bay. “It’s an absolute must,” Edwards says. Or have the Concierge arrange for a cruise to some of the local islands in the archipelago. With so many islands and experiences to choose from, you can easily make this trip your own. “For those wanting to stay active, there are snorkelling, fishing and stopping off for a bicycle ride on the beautiful island of La Digue,” says Edwards. “Otherwise, you can visit Praslin Island and the Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve – home of the indigenous Coco de Mer – relax on a beautiful beach or take in the sunshine from the cruise itself.”

Back at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, reconnect with your mind, body and spirit at Le Syel Spa’s Konekte Shack. Here, the expert team can help you deepen your meditation practice, rebalance your energy and even create your own body scrub with natural ingredients such as cinnamon (known here as kannel) that’s harvested and dried on-site. “The team will help you make the perfect scrub for you, using butter, oils or soaps,” Edwards says.

Follow nature’s pace in Langkawi

“When it comes to nature, you are really investing in the future,” says Aidi Abdullah, Senior Naturalist at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi. Located within the Langkawi UNESCO Global Geopark, the beachfront Resort is a gateway to the natural wonders of Southeast Asia. Here, you’ll have the chance to connect with the on-site team of experts who are passionate about the environment. They’ll show off the region’s unique flora and fauna as well as the diverse habitats ranging from rainforest and mangroves to ancient salt-water lakes and towering sea stacks.

The Resort’s Geopark Discovery Centre is an excellent place to start. Stop by for one of the regularly scheduled nature talks or peruse the interactive exhibits at your own pace to get a sense of the local ecosystem. When you’re ready to experience it all first hand, Abdullah recommends taking in Langkawi’s inland beauty on a guided bicycle tour. Ride past traditional villages with stilted wooden houses and keep an eye out for water buffalo lounging in the mud. Tours can be fully customized to your preferences and activity level. Plan a stop at a nearby waterfall for a picnic lunch or opt for a ride through lush paddy fields with the mountains as your backdrop – whatever route you choose, the scenery is guaranteed to inspire.

Lan 260 Lan 769 970x540

Once you’ve explored the land, it’s time to set off on a seafaring adventure. Tour the three islands located in the Resort’s bay on a private Bay Cruise, or head to Pulau Payar Marine Park for a snorkelling excursion in the park’s crystal-clear waters. For a truly unforgettable evening, the Resort can arrange for an intimate sunset charter around the southern archipelago, complete with champagne and light bites. Fishing is also a huge part of the local culture in Langkawai, and the Resort offers a variety of ways to take part. Catch sea bass, grouper and trevally from your perch on one of the sheltered islands in the southern part of the archipelago, or try your line on the northern side at the tip of the Resort’s beach. At the end of the day, return to your villa and enjoy a barbecue feast with your very own catch on the menu.

In Langkawi, the deep connection with the surrounding world also inspires the urge to look inward. Head to the Geo Spa for their Elemental Balance ritual, a custom three-part program that’s designed to bring your mind, body and spirit into a state of harmony. You can also take your pick from the variety of signature treatments inspired by 5,000 years of Ayurvedic knowledge.

A Day in the Life: Living in Costa Rica with Four Seasons

What makes a place feel like home? For many, it’s a sense of ease, comfort and joy. At Four Seasons Private Residences Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo, it’s David Mendez’s job to make sure every resident feels that from the moment they arrive. We asked Mendez to give us a glimpse into this unique homeownership experience from his insider’s point of view.

As the Director of Residences, what is a typical day like for you?

It’s all about connection. My day starts by connecting with the team to talk about who is arriving that day, reviewing the itineraries of the residents who are already on property to see what they might need and, of course, making sure that every home is kept in tip-top shape. And then the most important part is connecting with our residents. Whether it’s arranging the room towels in a fun shape for families arriving with kids or preparing a cake, flowers and balloons for someone who is here celebrating a birthday, we want every single resident to feel love and recognition as soon as they arrive.

Cos 1558 Cos 1460 970x540

Tell us about the relationship you and your team have with your residents.

Most of our owners come to the property in vacation mode, so we really begin cultivating each relationship during the pre-arrival process, where we talk about everything about their upcoming stay and how we can make it special for them. We always remember any preference or detail they’ve shared during previous visits so we can make sure they feel at home. It’s truly a joy to have them back, and we want them to know and feel that.

Our owners do like to be seen and recognized in public areas, so we never miss the chance to say hello. Some of our owners have been around long enough to see our team members grow within the organization and, in turn, some team members have watched our owners’ children grow up, so there are often close, long-lasting relationships that are built over the years. There’s a strong sense of community here on Peninsula Papagayo that can be felt everywhere.

Cos 1268 970x540

Four Seasons is known for its exceptional and intuitive service. What does that look and feel like for homeowners, and how does it differ from your typical luxury real estate experience?

At Four Seasons, it feels like family. Like the comfort and trust of returning to a place that knows who you are, knows your family members and knows your preferences. It’s being greeted by a familiar face, with the feeling that you are living in a community that genuinely wants you to have a great time. We always aim to go above and beyond.

For example, we had one owner who was very excited about his grandson’s first visit. Before he arrived, we had a child’s bathrobe embroidered with the baby’s name on it. We also included a welcome amenity with a note saying ‘Welcome to the world, and your new house.’ Sometimes it’s more intimate gestures like this, but other times, we like to go big. My team is often seen driving down the street with colourful balloons flying from the golf cart to lead a special birthday parade.

Cos 1991 Screen Hi Res

What makes this Costa Rica property so unique?

For starters, our location in Prieta Bay on Peninsula Papagayo is simply mesmerizing, with expansive views of the Pacific Ocean, magical sunsets and an unparalleled closeness to nature. But beyond the beautiful landscape, it’s the community of people that really make this place unique. Costa Rica was recognized a few years ago as the happiest country in the world – this ties back to a phrase we have here: pura vida [the happy life]. My team and I are proud ambassadors of the pura vida lifestyle, which for us, means we genuinely care about the well-being of our residents and do everything we can to make sure they feel that.

Given the location on Costa Rica’s idyllic Peninsula Papagayo, how does Four Seasons incorporate sustainability into both the residences themselves and the lifestyle that owners are buying into?

We also give residents the ability to join activities that support social responsibility, like supporting local schools and adopting families through the Creciendo Juntos outreach program, or other initiatives where our residents can help with coral gardening. Overall, our residents love the proximity to nature and wildlife. Some of the owners have really invested their time learning about the local wildlife and get really excited about it!

Cos 1491 970x540

What do you think is the biggest draw for residents, and what do they find most valuable about living here?

Our homeowners love the proximity to nature, but what they truly value most is the carefree ownership, the overall access to services from the Resort, the feeling of not having to worry about the day-to-day details of your home and the certainty that there is a team of professionals tending your needs while you’re here. They also value being part of an exclusive community that is supporting and taking care of all aspects of their home, allowing them to fully embody the pura vida lifestyle.

Spacious Downtown Homes
Built for Design Lovers

A modern urban lifestyle deserves a stylish home to match. From a two-story penthouse perched high above Boston’s exclusive Back Bay to a sprawling high-rise duplex set against sweeping views of the Arabian Sea in Mumbai’s Worli district, Four Seasons Private Residences offer a unique opportunity to live, work and play in some of the most beautiful homes and coveted addresses in the world.

Step inside these flawlessly designed residences and you’ll find elements like cascading staircases, exotic stone finishes, sleek outdoor terraces and custom oversized showers – all working seamlessly together to create a soothing sanctuary that feels removed from the hustle and bustle while still being integrally tied to the vibrant city below. Here are some of our favourite private residences whose interior designs are just as impressive as the skyline views that come along with them.

A waterfront oasis in Bangkok

Set along the riverbanks of the Chao Phraya – known as the River of Kings – Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River puts you just steps away from the parks, shops and restaurants that line the water. Tall ceilings, a neutral colour palette and open-concept living spaces create an easy flow throughout each residence, with rooms transitioning seamlessly into private outdoor terraces that invite you to fully appreciate the unobstructed view. Or head up to the 64th-floor residents-only Four Seasons Club and take in the panoramic vistas from the infinity-edge Sky Pool, one of the highest rooftop pools in all of Bangkok. For a more grounded take, invite friends to join you in the private residential lounge that sits right next to the river’s edge, offering you a secluded place to enjoy the waterfront setting away from crowds of promenade visitors before heading out to mingle in the markets, go gallery-hopping or indulging in delicious street food. Living at the heart of the city’s cultural district puts the best of Bangkok all around you.

A sky-high, family-friendly home in Mumbai

Located in the heart of Mumbai’s exciting Worli district, Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai puts you within easy reach of some of the city’s most popular landmarks, including the Willingdon Golf Course, the Mahalaxmi Race Course and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. Designed by award-winning architecture firm Gensler, the exclusive residences each occupy an entire floor at the minimum, and incorporate timeless Vastu principles while also allowing for maximum space and magnificent views. Ranging from single-floor residences to family-friendly duplexes with multiple living areas to a sky-high penthouse, these are some of the largest floor plans in the city. Inspired by precious heirloom gemstones and jewels, the interior design firm Yabu Pushelberg carefully curated each detail – think crisp lines, book-matched exotic stone and swathes of solid wood – to create a sense of timeless elegance that is meant to be cherished for generations.

A Scandinavian-inspired residence in Minneapolis

The unique collection of 34 homes at Four Seasons Private Residences Minneapolis brings the spirited character of downtown Minneapolis to life. This is where a thriving community of artists, chefs, musicians and entertainers call home, and the residences reflect that sense of connection. The design of the building was inspired by the architectural legacy of Minneapolis, using a rich palette of woods, metals, stones and textiles throughout, while the residences themselves pull inspiration from the city’s cultural heritage. Offered in two different styles – Nordic and Urban – each captures a different facet of Minneapolis. With its oak floors and marble countertops, the Nordic palette embodies the bright, clean-lined aesthetic of the city’s Scandinavian influence. The Urban palette, though similar in floor plan, plays more into the glamourous authenticity of Minneapolis through herringbone walnut floors and moodier granite finishes. No matter the style, every residence comes with its own private balcony expertly integrated into the living space, serving as an outdoor extension of the main living area and equipped with ceiling-mounted heaters so you can enjoy the space year round.

A statement-making address in Boston’s Back Bay

With its designer boutiques, art galleries, cafés and tree-lined streets filled with 19th-century brick townhouses, it’s easy to see why Boston’s affluent Back Bay neighbourhood easily draws people in. The striking Four Seasons Private Residences Boston at One Dalton are no different. Housed in a sculptural, all-glass-façade building designed by world-renowned architect Henry N. Cobb, each residence features floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of downtown Boston, the Charles River, Boston Harbour and beyond. Inside, Blue de Savoie polished marble tops the kitchen counters, 5-inch-wide American walnut planks line the floors and natural light streams in from towering walls of gently curving glass. At 61 storeys tall, this is Boston’s – and, in fact, New England’s – tallest residential building. And the penthouses that line the top make the most of their aerial address with a 570-square-foot, double-height terrace complete with an outdoor fireplace.

How Four Seasons is Transforming Global City Skylines

A city’s story is often written in its skyline – a visual history of ambition and innovation laid out for all to see. Our homes are similar in that way, changing over time in both style and function to suit our needs. When you live in an iconic destination like London, Beijing or New York, the city’s story ultimately merges with your own.

From Kuala Lumpur to Nashville to Bangkok to Boston, Four Seasons Private Residences are transforming skylines around the world, and inviting owners to write their own stories in buildings that are shaping the very essence of these leading cities. Whether it’s an address that sits adjacent to already established global landmarks or a game-changing new development built by a celebrated architect, these Private Residences all offer bespoke design elements and innovative features. But with Four Seasons, it’s also the personalized service and thoughtful amenities that really bring these unique properties to life.

An instant icon in Kuala Lumpur

Rising 65 storeys above Kuala Lumpur’s dynamic Golden Triangle district, Four Seasons Private Residences Kuala Lumpur is a shimmering addition to the already captivating profile of Malaysia’s capital city. Its neighbours? None other than the iconic Petronas Towers. The residential building and Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur are also part of the city-defining Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) complex. Designed by NRY Architects, both the residential and hotel towers are clad in a metallic-painted aluminum and high-performance low-E glass curtainwall, each tapering gracefully into a glass crown. The distinct design stands out in the skyline, while also perfectly complementing the nearby Petronas Towers. Living here gives owners easy access to the city’s most coveted spaces, from the lush 50-acre KLCC Park that sits right outside the designer shopping and restaurants at the Shoppes at Four Seasons Place, located just a quick elevator ride away. With floor-to-ceiling, double-glazed windows in every residence, everyday living spaces are elevated to new heights.

The most sought-after address in New York

Similarly, Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown also boasts some famous neighbours. The residences – perched at the top of 30 Park Place above Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown – share a city block with the World Trade Center as well as the Woolworth Building, Cass Gilbert’s iconic 1913 Neo-Gothic skyscraper. But at 82 storeys tall, 30 Park Place has already made its mark on Manhattan’s collection of sky-high towers. Inspired by the glamour of the Jazz Age, this Robert A.M. Stern–designed, limestone-and-precast-concrete marvel is the tallest residential tower in downtown Manhattan and sits perfectly located where the bustling Financial District meets trendy Tribeca. And while the sweeping 360-degree views of New York City and the Hudson and East Rivers offer enormous appeal, Four Seasons also takes care of anything an owner might need. With personalized residential services and access to both the Hotel’s amenities as well as resident-only features such as a 75-foot pool, private screening room, children’s play area and an owners’ fitness center with a dedicated yoga room, this is luxury city living at its finest.

History comes alive in London

Perhaps not at quite the same dizzying heights as Kuala Lumpur or New York, but just as iconic, Four Seasons Private Retreats London at Tower Bridge forms part of a truly historic skyline with immediate neighbours the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, along with The Shard (Europe’s tallest tower). The Beaux Arts–style building that houses the residences at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge was originally designed by renowned architect Sir Edwin Cooper and built between 1912–1922 to serve as the headquarters of the Port of London Authority. It celebrates its centennial in 2022, but the site itself has long been a centre of trade and commerce that dates back to the Middle Ages and the Roman settlement of Londinium. As a Grade II* listed building – a U.K. classification deeming a structure of “special interest, warranting every effort to preserve it” – there is plenty of history found within its walls. While the original glass dome of the central rotunda was destroyed during World War II, you can still sit beneath an impressive new version at the Rotunda Lounge to get a feel for what it must have been like.

Re-defining Boston’s Back Bay

Four Seasons is committed to creating the most amazing homes for residential owners. While this can mean building homes in a beautiful low-density resort escape, it has also led to working with developers with a grand vision to create something completely new. Four Seasons Private Residences Boston (One Dalton Street) is the product of one of those game-changing visions. The curved, all-glass building has re-defined Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood, creating a glistening new landmark in the city’s skyline. Designed by world-renowned architect, the late Henry N. Cobb of Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, in collaboration with CambridgeSeven, One Dalton serves as a bridge between the historic Back Bay and the row of skyscrapers that make up the modern High Spine. On the one hand, its 61 storeys make it the tallest residential tower in all of New England. But for all its modernity, it hasn’t forgotten that its foundation is firmly planted in the Back Bay, and as a nod to this, the tower’s residential units feature operable bay windows in every room, paying homage to the 19th-century brownstones that line the streets below.

Riverside prestige in Bangkok

Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River is one of the city’s most recognizable features, making the area along the waterfront one of the most sought-after places to live. Rising 73-storeys above the river’s edge is Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, a striking recent addition to another amazing city’s panorama. Drawing inspiration from grand waterfront estates from all over the world, the dedicated residential tower occupies an exclusive spot along Bangkok’s first paved road, Charoen Krung Road, and is the centrepiece of Chao Phraya Estate, a three-building complex that also includes Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok. And while the location is incredible in and of itself, architects Andy Miller and Richard Scott from Hamiltons International found an ingenious way to make the most of the unobstructed river views by giving the building a distinct interlocking shape, ensuring that every home on every single floor is a corner unit. This resort-style urban sanctuary offers a serene and stylish respite from the rest of bustling Bangkok, complemented by the discreet and intuitive service that Four Seasons is known for.

Creativity rises high in Nashville

It should come as no surprise that Nashville’s most anticipated new development was inspired by the creative energy that flows all throughout Music City. When designing the 40-storey, mixed-use glass tower that houses both Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville along with the new Hotel, architecture firm SCB sought inspiration from the acoustic guitar. Much like the instrument, the gleaming tower was designed to be both functional and beautiful, blending weathered steel with warm-coloured panels in a way that visually connects the façade with the streetscape that surrounds it as well as the Cumberland River that sits alongside it. This is, after all, one of the tallest buildings in the state of Tennessee, so it was always bound to draw attention. With an address in downtown Nashville’s upscale SoBro neighbourhood, residents will truly feel as though they are in the centre of it all. Add in a dedicated residential concierge and team of professionals, plus an abundance of exclusive amenities such as the 14th-floor Sky Garden and a private fitness facility designed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, and it’s easy to see why these residences are quickly becoming Nashville’s most coveted homes.

A riverfront jewel in the heart of Jacksonville

Situated in Jacksonville’s dynamic sports and entertainment district, this development will place residents in the heart of the city’s vibrant cultural and commercial scene. The district encompasses Jacksonville’s premiere sports venues, including EverBank Stadium, home of the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars, as well as the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena, which hosts concerts, sporting events and live shows year-round.

Perhaps most alluring is the property’s prime location along the picturesque St. Johns River. Offering stunning riverfront views and easy access to the marina, the residences are serene private retreats, moments from the excitement of the city. The tranquil banks of the St. Johns River have long been one of Jacksonville’s most covetable addresses, and these luxury homes in Jacksonville will create a perfect balance between urban excitement and natural beauty.

For those who enjoy an active lifestyle, the nearby riverwalk offers direct access to miles of trails, while the vibrant downtown area is just steps away. Whether it’s an afternoon stroll along the riverwalk, a night at the symphony, a memorable meal with loved ones or a day on the green of a world-class golf course, Four Seasons will place Jacksonville’s finest offerings right at your doorstep.

An architectural marvel with tailored living spaces

The architectural vision for Four Seasons Private Residences Jacksonville blends modern sophistication with nautical inspiration. Designed by Pininfarina, the renowned Italian design firm behind iconic automotive and architectural works, the property combines sleek lines and timeless elegance. Each residence is a showcase of craftsmanship, with interior spaces conceived by Shanna Khan in collaboration with groundbreaking design firm ODA.

From expansive terraces that frame the beauty of the St. Johns River to private foyers accessible via dedicated elevators, the residences are meticulously designed to marry aesthetic appeal with functional luxury. Stone mosaic flooring in foyers, European white oak flooring throughout and crown molding create a sense of understated grandeur, while gas fireplaces and sculptural Waterworks bathtubs add an inviting warmth to each home.

Ranging from two to five bedrooms and spanning 1,930 to 7,500 square feet, the residences cater to diverse lifestyles. Open-concept layouts maximize natural light, creating airy, seamless transitions between living, dining and entertaining spaces. Gourmet kitchens are equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including Sub-Zero refrigerators and La Cornue ranges, complemented by custom full-height cabinetry and stone countertops.

Primary suites boast spacious walk-in closets, spa-inspired bathrooms with Italian porcelain tiles and metallic lacquer cabinets, offering a sanctuary of relaxation. Expansive terraces extend the living space outdoors, where owners can enjoy uninterrupted views of the river and skyline.

Exclusive amenities

Outside of each home, residents will enjoy access to a variety of private amenities designed to elevate their everyday experience. A two-storey residential lobby sets the tone for arrival, featuring multiple private lounges, and a great room offers a resident bar. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate exclusive access to a fully equipped training facility with indoor and outdoor spaces, while a multi-sport and golf simulator provides added entertainment.

For relaxation and recreation, the property offers a serene family pool, lush private gardens and a residents-only dining room with dedicated pantry services, perfect for hosting private dinner parties with the help of a personal chef. Children and teens also have their own club lounges, ensuring that every member of the family feels at home.

Situated on the property’s 10th floor will be a premier rooftop restaurant showcasing modern Japanese cuisine and enviable panoramic views, and for an all-day dining option, the Italian osteria will serve artisan flatbreads, house-made pastas and wood-fired signature dishes. Residents will also be able to mingle over small plates or at the full-service bar in the lobby lounge.
