    Italian Truffle Dinner at Ravello

    Indulge in a five-course Italian dinner featuring the exclusive piedmont truffle and wine pairings hosted by Executive Chef and Italian native Fabrizio Schenardi with special guest chefs Riccardo Marello and Piero Rainone and with wine expert Ugo Mura of IFSE Culinary Institute in collaboration with Regione Piemonte.     Italian Week at Ravello

    In celebration of the Italian Truffle Dinner on Saturday, February 1, guests may enjoy a special three-course prix-fixe menu in Ravello for USD 56 per person from Tuesday, January 28 to Sunday, February 2. The following dishes can also be ordered a la carte – for the first course: beef tartare, for the second course: handmade tajarin piedmont pasta and for dessert: raspberry sorbet.
