La Hiki Kitchen
Inspired by the Hawaiian phrase mai ka la hiki a ka la kau – “from sunrise to sunset” – La Hiki Kitchen offers island to table family-style cuisine with locally sourced produce and dishes that showcase the bounty of the island. Curing, smoking, ageing, preserving, pickling and slow cooking are the hallmarks of an exciting island-born chef who pioneered farm to table long before its mainstream popularity, with one simple philosophy: "Cook as Mother Nature intended and as grandmothers Nola and Nay would have wanted."

Enjoy West Oahu's largest buffet of local and chef-inspired seasonal favorites, featuring various array of carving meat stations such as prime rib and prochetta, assorted dim sum, loco moco corner, poke bar, sweet and savory breakfast, make your own pasta station and many more. Adults can enjoy a DIY Bloody Mary bar while kids indulge in the desserts station.
Available from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm (last seating) on Sundays. USD 75 per person for adults, USD 25 per person for kids under 12 years old and USD 15 for kids under 4 years old.
