Inspired by the Hawaiian phrase mai ka la hiki a ka la kau (“from sunrise to sunset”), La Hiki Kitchen offers island-to-table family-style cuisine with local produce and dishes that showcase the bounty of the island. Curing, smoking, ageing, preserving, pickling and slow cooking are the hallmarks of island cuisine, all centred one simple philosophy: "Cook as Mother Nature intended and as grandmothers Nola and Nay would have wanted."
