Led by Michelin-starred, Japanese-Italian chef Ryo Takatsuka, Noe is a remix of traditional Southern Italian ingredients and age-old recipes, impeccably prepared and presented in a reimagined contemporary outdoor setting. This surf-style, casual poolside eatery pays homage to Hawaii’s legendary watermen with its vintage vibe and cocktail menu filled with the flavours of the North Shore. Enjoy a casual lunch from Waterman without ever leaving your chaise lounge or cabana.
- Hokulea
Our island-inspired, open-air coffee bar is the perfect place to start the day with an expertly blended coffee. Hokulea specializes in locally crafted, artisanal coffee, as well as fresh pastries, baked goods, organic salads and sandwiches. Located in the heart of the Resort’s lobby, Hokulea features an inviting space to gather with friends and family in our expansive outdoor lanai setting.
- Dr. Mai Tai’s
Swim, sip and savour innovative cocktails with a reimagined twist at Dr. Mai Tai’s, our swim-up bar located at the water’s edge of the famed infinity pool. As with its namesake, Dr. Mai Tai’s is home to Dr. Mai Tai, the Resort’s ‘on-call’ cocktail doctor that makes his poolside rounds with signature rum-infused prescription elixirs.

Experience hand-harvested heirloom sugarcane varieties distilled into one of the world's finest agricole rums by Ko Hana Distilleries. In this one–hour workshop at The Bar at Hokulea, you will learn the flavour profiles that characterize iconic cocktails such as the Hawaiian Mai Tai with our expert mixologists.
