Signature cocktails that capture the essence of Japan in a glass are complemented by an exceptional selection of artisanal local spirits and classic Japanese whiskies. Set within Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto in the historic Higashiyama district, the experience is further enhanced by a thoughtful menu of bar snacks – elegant interpretations of izakaya favourites designed to accompany every sip.

  • FSK75

    An elevated take on the classic French 75, crafted with Roku Gin and infused with red shiso from Ohara, Kyoto. Finished with sparkling sake and a hint of sudachi, this cocktail offers a refreshing and elegant Japanese twist.

  • The Monaka

    Inspired by traditional Japanese wagashi, this cocktail brings together white vodka and Tamagawa sake from Kinoshita Brewery in Kyotango. A delicate monaka wafer, topped with cherry blossom–infused white bean paste, completes this refined and distinctly seasonal creation.

  • Oyasumi

    A dessert cocktail crafted with Okinawan rum, layered with rich black sesame, silky egg white and the tropical notes of mango. Finished with a delicately torched brown sugar crust, it reveals a harmonious balance of flavour and texture – an indulgent way to close the evening.

  • Gyu Katsu Sando

    A signature Gyu Katsu Sandwich featuring a 200-gram cut of premium Wagyu, delicately cooked and layered in soft milk bread. Juicy and refined in flavour, it offers a simple yet impactful taste – an expression of Kyoto’s rich beef culture and a chef’s recommended specialty.

Matcha Parfait

Capturing the essence of spring in Kyoto, this limited-time parfait reveals a bouquet of delights: strawberry compote with a touch of yuzu, matcha chocolate sauce, Azuki and elderflower jelly. Topped with house-made warabi mochi and matcha ice cream – and finished with a drizzle of warm matcha chocolate sauce. JPY 4,000. Limit of 20 servings per day. Orders required.
