CHEF EDUARDO ZORRILLA
Originally from Torreón, Coahuila, Chef Eduardo’s curiosity about cooking started since he was a child. He began his professional career in San Antonio, Texas. Later, his culinary restlessness took him to be part of the opening of hotels in Playa del Carmen and the historical Puebla city, where he continued developing and refining his cuisine. Finally, he joined Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita to be in charge of Bahía restaurant by Richard Sandoval. His proposal is a cuisine focused on the techniques, respecting the product and its origin.
More Dining Options

Tail of the Whale
Stop in for a quick bite or toast a successful 18 holes at this restaurant named for our signature island green. You’ll find us on the upper level of the clubhouse, overlooking our two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses and the ocean.
Meaning "sacred place by the ocean" in native Huichol, Aramara combines contemporary Asian cooking techniques with seafood fresh from the shores of Punta Mita and the neighbouring fishing village of Sayulita.
Whether you prefer breakfast in bed, dinner on your private terrace or a picnic on the beach, we'll bring our exceptional Punta Mita dining to you whenever you like, day or night.
