The Team

CHEF EDUARDO ZORRILLA

Originally from Torreón, Coahuila, Chef Eduardo’s curiosity about cooking started since he was a child. He began his professional career in San Antonio, Texas. Later, his culinary restlessness took him to be part of the opening of hotels in Playa del Carmen and the historical Puebla city, where he continued developing and refining his cuisine. Finally, he joined Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita to be in charge of Bahía restaurant by Richard Sandoval. His proposal is a cuisine focused on the techniques, respecting the product and its origin.
