Chef Esther Sánchez

Growing up in Guadalajara, Esther Sanchez had a passion for traditional Mexican cooking and travel from a young age. After working several years perfecting her impressive and diverse set of culinary skills, she was promoted to Chef at Aramara, Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita’s celebrated Asian fusion concept. Esther recently traveled to Thailand and Vietnam to expand her knowledge of Asian cooking techniques to enhance and spice up Aramara´s inspired menu. She is dedicated to using fresh market produce and locally-sourced seafood in all of the restaurant’s contemporary seafood dishes.
