The Team

Chef Esther Sánchez

Originally from Guadalajara, Chef Esther grew up loving to be in the kitchen and traveling. Fascinated with traditional Mexican cooking, it was her passion, goal and challenge to master the culinary art. After working several years in different types of cuisine, she was promoted to Aramara Restaurant Chef, the Asian fusion concept at the resort. She recently traveled to Thailand and Vietnam to extend her Asian cuisine knowledge to give Aramara’s menu a twist. Chef Esther is always incorporating fresh and locally-sourced seafood as well as market produce.
