On the custom-outfitted Airbus A321LRneo, operated by Titan Airways Limited, travellers get to see what the full Four Seasons experience is like at 40,000 feet in the air. Expect personal touches like your favourite drink or snack waiting for you when you get back to your seat for the next flight. Or personalized meals served whenever you feel hungry, expertly prepared by the on-board executive chef. Want to make a last-minute change to your itinerary? Drawing inspiration from the glamourous golden age of air travel, the Jet itself has been meticulously designed for the utmost comfort. Each of the 48 Italian leather seats offer 6.5 feet (2 metres) of personal space and extend to lie fully flat. A plush ottoman provides extended leg room and a place for family or new friends to come sit and talk when the seats are upright. When you need to stretch your legs, the custom lounge area offers a place to mingle with fellow travellers or to meet and learn from
Four Seasons craftspeople through educational demonstrations, intimate workshops and in-air culinary surprises. With one of the widest and tallest cabins in its class, the Jet provides plenty of room to both socialize and relax.

The opportunity to make new, lasting connections and live fully in the moment is made easy with the support and care you’ll receive both on board and throughout your journey.

Grand Horizons 2026: A brand-new journey

Be one of the first to embark on the all-new Grand Horizons 2026 Four Seasons Private Jet journey, running from August 31 through September 23, 2026.
Four Seasons has added a number of new destinations to their collection, and you can be among the first to experience those as well as some tried-and-true favourites.

The journey begins with a stay at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley in the idyllic California town of Calistoga, where the 4.7-acre (1.9-hectare) working vineyard and Elusa Winery is located within the Resort grounds. Create, taste and bottle your own custom wine blend with the help of expert enologists to set the tone for your journey ahead. From there it’s off to Tokyo, where you can learn the secrets of samurai sword fighting from sword master Tetsuro Shimaguchi, head choreographer for Kill Bill: Volume 1; experience an authentic tea ceremony; or take a bonsai-styling class.

After Tokyo, you’ll head off to explore the emerald-green waters of Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site in northeast Vietnam, for two nights aboard a private ship, before taking your pick of two unique destinations in Thailand: Bangkok or Koh Samui. Prepare for an urban adventure in Bangkok as you explore the city’s klongs, temples and creative districts, or opt to upgrade to a two-night stay in the serene island paradise of Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui before setting off to the legendary city of Istanbul. There, you’ll discover the city’s best shopping, relax in a traditional hammam and experience the fun of a traditional Turkish coffee reading, known as a fal, performed by a local fortune teller.

Good luck must be in your future, because your next stop is Milan for a stay at Four Seasons Hotel Milano, a historic property located just steps from the Duomo. Choose your own adventures here in Milan before heading to a destination that’s new to
Four Seasons. Located off the southern coast of Spain, Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands and is known for its sheltered coves, golden beaches and historical villages. Originally opened in 1929, Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is a Mediterranean retreat that has long attracted writers, actors and the international elite, and will serve as home for your three-day stay. Set sail on a private boat, swim in the warm turquoise waters and enjoy a picnic composed of delicious, locally sourced products. On land, you can join a chef for a tour of one of the island’s lively markets or hike along the rugged coastal paths to take in panoramic views of the sea and landscape.

Continue to Lisbon where you’ll get to know the cobblestone streets and colourful tiled architecture through activities of your choosing before making your way back across the Atlantic to end your around-the-world journey in Montreal.

World of Adventures 2026: Experience the rare, the wild and the beautiful on this reimagined journey

World of Adventures has long been one of the most popular Jet journeys, and its updated 2026 itinerary will run from August 12 through August 29, 2026. It all starts with a warm welcome in Singapore, where you’ll get a taste of the celebrated local cuisine as you get to know the people who will be sharing the journey with you over the next 18 days. From there, you’ll embark on an experience where life-changing, perspective-shifting moments can happen at every turn.

Join a yogi on a mountaintop in the Seychelles to meditate next to jaw-dropping ocean views, and then take a personalized art class with local artist Nigel Henri to sketch your own postcard from paradise. After enjoying all the amenities at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, you’ll head to Rwanda, where you’ll have the rare opportunity to see the wild and elusive mountain gorillas of the Virunga Mountains up close.

After visiting the lush jungles of Rwanda, you’ll head to the sensory-rich Marrakech, also known as the Red City, where you can spend a day in an Amazigh village in the Atlas Mountains, explore the local souks and spice markets, and see the blue-and-green paradise of Yves Saint Laurent’s Majorelle Garden in person. Then, it’s time to pay a visit to the other side of the world. In Bogotá, you’ll take a deep dive into the city’s famous street art and learn to salsa like a local. From your home base at Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina Bogotá in Zona G, you’ll be in a prime location to explore the best of the city.

After indulging the city life of Marrakech and Bogotá, it’s back into nature with another once-in-a-lifetime experience: four unforgettable nights in and around the famed Galápagos Islands. Since the best way to experience this ultra-remote destination is by boat, you’ll enjoy luxury accommodations on a private cruise ship along with the seamless service of your Four Seasons team. Wake up each day and marvel at the imposing volcanic cliffs, spot colonies of marine iguanas sunning themselves on the rocks, and keep your eyes peeled for the rare and native species that call these islands home, such as the Galápagos fur seals, blue-footed boobies, cormorants, penguins, sea lions and so many more.

For the final stop on your journey, you’ll fly to Miami for a celebratory send-off dinner, recounting your favourite memories of the trip and toasting each other for an incredible 18 days that you won’t soon forget.

More journeys to explore sooner in 2025

Looking to take off next year? There’s still room on a number of 2025 journeys. History buffs can make their bucket-list dreams come true with Ancient Explorer 2025, which will take you to the Great Barrier Reef and the pyramids of Giza as well as the legendary and remote destinations of Easter Island and the lost city of Petra from March 21 through April 13, 2025. For a curated mix of secluded serenity and lively cultural capitals, International Intrigue 2025 is another traveller favourite. Though availability is limited for the April 15 to May 8, 2025, departure, you can find yourself discovering the history and beauty of Kyoto and Hoi An and uncovering the remote wilderness of the Maldives and the Serengeti, complemented by visits to exciting cities such as Marrakech, Budapest, Florence and Cap-Ferrat.

While most of these journeys are tailored for adults and children ages 12 and above, families with younger children can also experience the trip of a lifetime with
Four Seasons. The family friendly African Wonders August 2025 journey is a 13-day journey that takes special care to include young globe-trotters in on all the fun. Have majestic wildlife experiences in both the Serengeti and Rwanda, unwind on the tropical island of Mauritius, and pay a visit to two wonders of the world, one human-made, one natural: the pyramids of Giza and Victoria Falls. As with all journeys, you’ll be able to customize your itinerary to ensure that travellers of all ages have a captivating and enriching experience.

Home for the Holidays at Four Seasons Private Residences

They say the prettiest sight to see during the holidays is the holly on your own front door. For homeowners at Four Seasons Private Residences, that’s especially true. In London, Boston, Los Angeles, Kuala Lumpur, San Francisco and Bangkok, Four Seasons goes the extra mile every holiday season to make sure everyone feels the warmth. However you celebrate, when you live with Four Seasons, coming home always means coming home to family.

Setting the holiday mood

The smell of fresh-cut Christmas trees, the twinkling of lights, the colourful bows and other holiday décor can instantly put you in the holiday spirit. “Decorating for festive season is one of the most important projects for us,” notes Andra Bodea, Regional Director of Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square, A Four Seasons Residence. “We aim to set ourselves apart from other residential buildings, and this plays a big role. We try to be very creative and bring excitement every year by transforming the common areas of the building into magic.” Each year, the teams across Four Seasons Private Residences work closely with florists and decorators to decide on a theme and strategize every detail. “We have wonderful partners and floral designers, all masters of their craft, to help us bring holiday cheer to the residences, always with elegance and tact to respect and show love and appreciation to everyone in our community,” says Eric Jausseran, Director of Experiences at Four Seasons Private Residences One Dalton Street, Boston.

And it’s not just Christmas that gets the spotlight at Four Seasons. “On the first night of Hanukkah, residents and employees gather at our menorah prominently displayed in the lobby to celebrate the Festival of Lights,” says Jon Ondrak, Director of Residences at Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles. “Throughout the month, we add special touches of holiday cheer around the pool and other building common areas to celebrate the season.”

We try to be very creative and bring excitement every year by transforming the common areas of the building into magic. – Andra Bodea, Regional Director of Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square, A Four Seasons Residence

In Malaysia, the major holidays throughout the year are typically Eid-al-Fitr, Chinese New Year and Deepavali (also known as Diwali). “These festivals reflect the rich cultural diversity and traditions that unite the nation in festive joy and harmony,” says Leena Ong, Director of Residences at Four Seasons Private Residences Kuala Lumpur. “We take great pride and joy in creating a visually warm and enchanting atmosphere in our common areas.” During the last Eid-al-Fitr, for example, decorations included intricate ketupat motifs and vibrant lights and floral arrangements meticulously curated to evoke a sense of joy and ignite the festive spirit. During this time, the team members donned cultural attire fit for the celebration – adding a richness to the festivities and an authentic experience.

While the common areas are often the most elaborate, every residential team also goes above and beyond to assist homeowners with decorating their own residences by facilitating tree delivery, unpacking décor from storage and then helping to take it all down when the time comes. In Boston, getting your holiday décor ready has never been easier. “The first week of December, we are planning a Holiday Tree Sip & Shop Market,” notes Jausseran. “The idea is to bring joy but also to facilitate it with an on-property holiday décor event where residents can come to the lobby and choose their perfect holiday tree and wreaths while enjoying peppermint mimosas, hot cocoa and cookies.”

Festive food and drink

Because many treasured holiday moments are spent enjoying each other’s company around the table, the residential teams put extra care into food and drink options during this time of year. “The holidays, for us, typically start in mid-November, about two weeks before Thanksgiving, with our One Dalton Wine Festival,” says Jausseran. “By bringing together 20 regions and dozens of professionals, the idea is to help our residents choose the perfect wines in time for the holidays and their get-togethers. It’s also a great moment of conviviality.”

In addition to creating thoughtful opportunities for enhancing residents’ holiday planning, the robust food and beverage programs at every property also offer tailored menus, personal grocery shopping and the services of a private chef for Christmas meals or other family gatherings. And although individual families are given personalized service and attention everywhere, many properties also invite residents to celebrate together as a community. At Four Seasons Private Residences at 706 Mission, San Francisco, the season always kicks off with a Friendsgiving in November, hosted by a local restaurant and held in The Club. “Last year, all our residents gathered on the club level, and it was a big success,” says Gina Thomas, Regional Director of Residences. “Michael Mina hosted the event, and he did a cooking demonstration on what to do with Thanksgiving leftovers. He turned leftover stuffing into bread and made an amazing sandwich – our residents loved this.”

The joy of togetherness

When you reside with Four Seasons, your family becomes a part of something bigger. Many residents have friends and family visiting during this time of year, and the residential teams are ready to welcome them. In Boston, the team at One Dalton invites parents, grandparents and children to a family concert by the world-renowned Boston Symphony Orchestra in November. “We are blessed that the famous orchestra hall is just a five-minute walk from our property. We’ll do it in true Four Seasons fashion, with hot cocoa waiting for the entire family on their return. It will really set the mood for the most magical time of the year.”

For young residents, the holiday season is often filled with thoughts of Santa Claus and presents under the tree. From letters to Santa in San Francisco to cookie decorating and a visit from the red-suited man himself at Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, each team makes it a point not only to celebrate children but also to draw out the childlike wonder in everyone.

Giving back to the community

The end of the year is often a time when people reassess their charitable giving and make their final donations. With this in mind, the team in Boston began the One Dalton Holiday Mixer for a Cause, both to help residents decide on their final contributions and to build an even stronger Four Seasons community.

Every year, Four Seasons Private Residences One Dalton Street, Boston also partners with a luxury boutique that generously agrees to donate a significant percentage of the proceeds of the sales from the mixer to the property’s charity of choice. In the past, this has included Italian fashion brands Loro Piana and Brunello Cucinelli, with proceeds going to local non-profit organizations such as food banks, shelters and parks. “This is a great opportunity to engage our community around a common goal for causes and social impacts close to their hearts,” says Jausseran. “It is also a way for our relatively new property to partner with important neighbours and make a crucial difference within our community.”

There’s a similar spirit of giving at Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles, where staff and residents host a clothing and donation drive for families in the greater Los Angeles area, and at Four Seasons Private Residences 706 Mission, San Francisco, where the residents host an annual toy drive.

Personalized service with a twist

Four Seasons always goes above and beyond for residents, especially during this time of year in order to create a luxury Christmas and holiday experience. By getting to know every family throughout the year, supporting them in their holiday traditions becomes second nature. In London at Twenty Grosvenor Square, A Four Seasons Residence, traditions continue even if the homeowners are absent. During a previous Deepavali, the team kept the main door of one apartment open when the owners were not home to respect the tradition of having the door open for good luck and prosperity.

No matter where you live or how you celebrate, the heartfelt moments, thoughtful touches and genuine care make the holidays – and every day – special at Four Seasons.

Indoor-Outdoor Living at Four Seasons Private Residences

Indoor-outdoor spaces are high on the wish lists of many homeowners. By seamlessly integrating indoors with the out, these living areas are not only beautiful but also yield a variety of added benefits. Whether the rooms are interior, exterior or a bit of both, the connection between the cosiness of home and the beauty of nature is keenly felt throughout.

In destinations such as the Dominican Republic, Lake Austin, Las Vegas, Istanbul and Cairo, Four Seasons Private Residences offer a unique spin on the indoor-outdoor living trend with designs that are tailored to the surrounding environment and the desires of each homeowner. If you’re looking for modern indoor-outdoor living inspiration, these luxurious Four Seasons homes offer some excellent examples.

Expanded living area in the Dominican Republic

Another benefit of indoor-outdoor living is the added feeling of space you get when a room opens up to nature. With living rooms that flow seamlessly to outdoor terraces outfitted with dining areas, lounge furniture and private plunge pools, the homes at Four Seasons Private Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia make the most of their lush, tropical surroundings.

Designed by architect Isay Weinfeld, the 25 residences include 16 three- to four-bedroom Beach Flats and nine single-storey Beachfront Villas, all set along a secluded paradise on the shores of Playa Esmeralda. By incorporating natural stone and wood, each home is effortlessly integrated into the pristine natural landscape, with layouts that open to the wonders outside via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

Originally conceived by the Cisneros family as a private retreat, Tropicalia is inherently family friendly – which means everyone can feel at home. Having these private indoor-outdoor spaces gives homeowners even more options and flexibility when it comes to both relaxing and hosting during extended family visits.

Tropicalia’s residents will nurture their relationship with the land and sea outside their homes through a variety of nature-driven activities and water sports, as well as through the property’s close relationship with the Cisneros family’s sustainable organic farm, La Querencia.

Enhanced health and well-being in Lake Austin

It’s no secret that spending more time in nature can be healing. Studies have shown that it can reduce stress and improve both memory and mood, so incorporating nature at home can do wonders for your overall health and well-being.

This direct access to the natural world is one of the biggest appeals for residents at Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin. Surrounded by 2,000 acres of protected land and rising 380 feet above Lake Austin, this stand-alone residential property comprises 145 acres of pristine natural landscape and 3,070 feet of untouched waterfront, featuring elevated views from a hilltop that intersects with a 90-degree bend in the lake.

Designed by Lissoni & Partners, each home offers a floor-through living experience, blurring the boundaries between indoors and out to fully embrace the natural environment as well as the panoramic hill country views of the site. The Garden Pool Residences, however, take this natural experience one step further. Situated from 280 to 360 feet above Lake Austin, they offer ample views of the water from the living room, study and primary bedroom suite. These unique residences also offer an additional 1,200 square feet of outdoor living space, including a 40-foot pool along the back terrace. The area is covered with a louvered roof for extra shade and privacy, and combined with the front terrace, homeowners in a Garden Pool Residence can call 2,100 square feet of outdoor living space their own.

With a community-wide dedication to wellness and sustainability, Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin also has a number of ways for owners to nurture their personal well-being. From the 76,000-square-foot Wellness and Indoor Sports Club – poised to become the largest private indoor wellness and fitness facility in Texas – to the indoor Renaissance-style pool in The Orangerie, and the abundance of lakeside activities at the Lake Clubhouse and private marina, you won’t need to go far to unwind and reset. Everything you need is right at hand.

Space for entertaining in Las Vegas

From dinner parties with friends to family barbecues on the weekend, gathering the people you love in your home is a lifestyle for many. Having an indoor-outdoor living room or outdoor dining area is not only a great way to get everyone outside for some fresh air, but it also offers a variety of ways to maximize your entertaining space.

At Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas, each home features an expansive outdoor terrace overlooking panoramic views of the city, Red Rock Mountains and the Las Vegas Strip. Some residences feature wraparound balconies with furnished seating areas and an optional whirlpool, while others feature wet bars and outdoor kitchens perfect for al fresco meals. Owners also have the added convenience of letting a Four Seasons private chef create and prepare tailored menus for unforgettable dinner parties out on the balcony with the lights of the Strip illuminating the desert sky in the distance.

In Las Vegas, the opportunities for entertaining and socializing also extend beyond each individual residence with curated services and resort-style amenities available exclusively for residents and their guests. Host movie nights in the state-of-the-art Media Room, lounge in a private cabana by one of the four resident-only pools, relax in the Hot Tub Grotto or gather for a special celebration on the Event Lawn.

Increased home value and aesthetic in Istanbul

In addition to the great natural lighting that indoor-outdoor spaces provide, they can also increase property value, especially in homes located in urban areas. While all of the 82 homes at Four Seasons Private Residences Istanbul feature balconies and an abundance of natural light, the Garden Suites provide the option of single-floor or duplex homes, each featuring a private garden terrace accessible through floor-to-ceiling sliding windows. The three Penthouse Residences – with one atop each of the three residential towers – will also feature 7-metre-high (23-foot-high) ceilings and living areas focused on an expansive outdoor terrace designed to create a harmonious living space both inside and out.

The property’s crown jewel, however, is the Sky Loft, perched on the top floor of the low-rise building that sits at the centre of the residential complex. With high-sloped ceilings and skylight windows in both the bedroom and living areas, the Sky Loft lends a feeling of spaciousness, augmented by innovative glass ceilings that maximize city views for an incredible setting year-round.

Given an address where the districts of Ulus, Etiler and Levent come together on the European side of the city, these urban oases are highly sought after properties in an already iconic city. This location, coupled with the effortless blend of open-air spaces and natural light, will continue to appeal to homebuyers for many years to come.

An elevated lifestyle in Cairo

Another clear benefit of an indoor-outdoor home is the flexibility it gives homeowners in their daily lives. A cosy night at home by the fire? No problem. Brunch outside on the terrace with friends on a sunny day? Make it a standing invitation. Nestled among meticulously landscaped gardens and manicured walkways on 210 acres (85 hectares) of verdant parkland in the heart of Madinaty, Four Seasons Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty creates the kind of residential atmosphere that gives you never-ending resort vibes.

All 187 elegant private residences created by legendary designer Pierre Yves Rochon feature shaded private terraces and gardens that act as an extension of each home. Enjoy a cup of tea paired with a good book in the refreshing morning air or come home to an al fresco dinner with the family at the end of a long day. The harmony of indoor-outdoor living is executed throughout the 107 Villas, which feature an innovative configuration that provides a multi-storey central space and expansive limestone rooms as well as extensive rooftop gardens with views overlooking the surrounding gardens and park. These villas also feature towering walls of windows shaded by custom screens that shimmer in the sunlight and create daylong patterns of light and shadows reminiscent of Egyptian palaces.

This feeling of living within a garden with its colourful views and delightful aromas helps create a private world for residents within the estate’s remarkable grounds that is tailored to their individual style, wants and needs. The flexibility to move from indoors to out no matter the time of day or season can make a home feel limitless in its function.

All of these benefits, along with the intuitive service that Four Seasons provides for every resident, make these homes not just functional, but beautiful and inspiring places to spend your days.

At Home in the Heart of Dubai

It’s a new era at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). With the addition of the soon-to-be-built Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at DIFC, the cosmopolitan commercial hub and lifestyle destination will be adding another feather to its already impressive cap. The new standalone property will be the second Four Seasons residential offering in Dubai and will feature 59 brand-new private residences plus two penthouses rising high over Gate Village. Here, owners will find a unique home offering a refuge from city life without losing the connection to the dynamic world that lies just outside.

Created in partnership with H&H Development and Bright Start, and managed by Four Seasons, this new development is already experiencing exceptionally high demand. “We are extremely proud to be partnering with H&H Development once again, growing our portfolio through a second stand-alone residential offering in Dubai and building on the success of our three existing properties in this vibrant city,” says Bart Carnahan, President, Global Business Development, Portfolio Management and Residential, Four Seasons.

Let’s peek inside this highly anticipated new property.

One of Dubai’s most coveted locations

Beyond being a world-class financial centre, DIFC is also a vibrant community where dining, retail and art play a big role in everyday life. This business-meets-lifestyle pedigree makes it an ideal address for those looking to live in the middle of it all. The new private residences will occupy Gate Avenue, DIFC’s indoor-outdoor promenade lined with art galleries, local boutiques, high-end shopping, fine-dining restaurants, and coffee shops.

As a standalone property – meaning one that isn’t directly connected to a hotel or resort – Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at DIFC offer more privacy in addition to the elevated services and amenities available only to residents. And this address is unparalleled – the sophisticated urban getaway of Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre is just a quick stroll away, while the beachside paradise at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. With panoramic views of Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa to the south and Emirates Towers to the north, you really are in the heart of the city.

Reimagining the Dubai skyline

In a city filled with striking architecture, Four Seasons will fit right in. Designed by award-winning architect Sir David Chipperfield, this new project will become an urban hearth for all of DIFC. Composed of four aligned towers rising from a single raised plinth, the design is meant to provide urban continuity, albeit with a touch of the unexpected. If viewing the complex from the city, you’ll see four non-parallel yet linear façades – but there’s more. Walk past the city-facing exterior and those same buildings will reveal a gentler, more curved internal façade that embraces an immersive garden and pedestrian-only courtyard at its centre.

This secret garden will feature a landscape concept by Bureau Bas Smets and include various trees and plants to guarantee constant blooms throughout the year. In addition to water features and green spaces, this welcoming oasis will also be surrounded by restaurants and cafes perfect for gathering with family or friends after work.

Expert craftsmanship meets inspired design

The stunning architecture will be enhanced with interiors by international luxury hospitality design atelier Tihany Design. Drawing inspiration from the interplay of light and shadow as well as the work of Dutch designer Sabine Marcelis, the interiors of each residence will be crafted with a sophisticated resident in mind. Owners can expect the perfect blend of creativity and functionality combined with the careful selection of high-end materials and finishes, locally inspired touches and bespoke details.

Each home will feature a spacious living room with soaring ceilings and travertine marble flooring bathed in natural light, thanks to the large windows that open to a private terrace with views overlooking either downtown Dubai, the gardens or the courtyard below. The three- to five-bedroom residences range from 245 to 673 square metres (2,642 to 7,247 square feet), with each featuring custom Italian kitchens, cosy family rooms, a dedicated office space, bedrooms with Italian wood flooring and serene marble bathrooms – all fully furnished by Tihany Design.

For those looking for even more space, there will also be two bespoke penthouses starting at 1,145 square metres (12,328 square feet), each with a private swimming pool.

Resort-style amenities in the city

When you live with Four Seasons, you don’t just get a beautiful home – you get a lifestyle that caters to you. That includes access to exclusive amenities, which can serve as an extension of your residence. For DIFC owners, there will be an entire floor dedicated to an extensive collection of amenities including a residents’ lounge and terrace, swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness centre, spa, movement studio, children’s pool and playroom, private theatre and more.

Entertaining colleagues? You’ll also have several event and lounge spaces, a meeting room, cigar lounge and golf simulator at your disposal.

Four Seasons residents also have access to the full range of amenities at both Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre and Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. Be sure to ask the residential Concierge to book a table at MINA Brasserie or arrange for a private cabana on Jumeirah Beach to elevate your experience.

Genuine heart in every detail

Whether it’s a primary residence, a business-minded pied-à-terre or a family-friendly second home, your investment is in expert hands. To create a truly seamless living experience, Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at DIFC will be managed by a dedicated team, including a Director of Residences and Residential Concierge, ensuring a service-rich lifestyle that maintains the highest standards of quality. Imagine your favourite breakfast delivered to your door the morning before a big meeting. Or dinner parties on your terrace with a menu curated by a Four Seasons chef. However you envision your life in Dubai, the team will help you create a home and lifestyle that is a true reflection of you.

“The limited availability paired with the development’s strategic location at the heart of the global financial hub promises an unparalleled blend of timeless luxury and modern convenience,” says Shahab Lutfi, CEO of Bright Start. “Adding Four Seasons legendary service, property management and amenities to this vibrant community and visionary residential development will create a new living experience that is second to none.”

End summer on a high note in London

An al fresco rendezvous and seasonal bounty in Paris

Paris is always one of the most popular urban destinations, and all eyes will be on the French capital this summer. Planning a trip once everything has settled into a laid-back summertime schedule can be a great way to experience the city. Parisian neighbourhoods are famously quiet come August as many locals head out on vacation. However, the city isn’t as sleepy as it used to be and the main attractions are still open. With the games wrapping up in mid-August, there’s just enough time to squeeze in a last-minute getaway.

Take advantage of the summer sun in this beautiful city with an outdoor movie, a favourite local pastime. The Concierge at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, can fill you in on screenings happening during your stay, as well as arrange for everything you need to make your evening memorable. Or ask the Concierge about the best place to grab a spot at one of the Paris Plages, temporary faux beaches that pop up along the Siene in the summer months. This year, the Paris Plages are changing a bit with a new location at the Canal Saint-Martin in the 10th arrondissement. Here you can swim, relax on the banks of the river and soak in those final summer moments.

Back at the Hotel, the Concierge can also book you a table at one of the three Michelin-starred restaurants found on-site. With three stars for Le Cinq, two stars for L’Orangerie and one star for Le George, the Hotel now holds six stars total, a new record in Europe and the Middle East region for the number of stars awarded within one hotel. Sample some of Chef Simone Zanoni’s sustainably sourced dishes at Le George, or opt to join him in the restaurant’s garden located just southwest of Versailles on the grounds of Domaine de Madame Elisabeth. Here you’ll hand-pick the freshest seasonal produce before indulging in an al fresco cooking class and a rustic yet chic lunch with the chef.

Night games and day trips in Tokyo

Enjoying warm, sunny days is a quintessential summer experience, but what about those equally delightful summer nights? In Tokyo, the fun doesn’t stop just because the sun goes down. Start with dinner at two-Michelin-starred SÉZANNE at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi before embarking on a curated night-time tour of the city with an expert guide to explore famous landmarks under the cover of darkness. Or catch an evening baseball game at the Tokyo Dome – the team at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi can arrange for everything from tickets to transportation.

August is also the height of summer festival season in Tokyo, offering plenty of opportunities to sample local street food, see live music and dancing, and take in some incredible firework displays.

If you’re looking to spend a day outside the city, Four Seasons can also arrange for a personalized trip to Hakone, tailored to your interests. Located about 90 minutes by train from Tokyo, Hakone is home to thermal hot springs, beautiful mountain scenery and one-of-a-kind museums. The town itself is part of Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, so you may get a glimpse of nearby Mount Fuji across Lake Ashinoko.

Bike rides and a stylish stay in New York

For many, the preferred mode of summer transportation is a bicycle. Plan a last-minute getaway to Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown and you’ll have the Hotel’s Biria Bikes at your disposal to explore the city at your own pace. Lower Manhattan has plenty of bike lanes and nearby places to explore, and the Hotel can stock your bike’s basket with a custom-made picnic and blanket to take with you on your ride. The Concierge can also curate a custom route for you, including jaunts into other neighbourhoods like the West Village for a stop at Bar Pisellino. Try their delicious Pistachio cocktail (a local favourite) and pair it with homemade cacio e pepe chips and tramezzini for the perfect aperitivo experience.

And since the end of one season means the beginning of another, no stay in New York is complete without a little shopping. Get your wardrobe ready for fall with the Hotel’s Fashion First Experience, created in partnership with the luxury online shopping platform Moda Operandi. “We’re delighted to bring the world of innovation and high fashion to our guests by partnering with Moda Operandi,” says General Manager Thomas Carreras. “Much like Four Seasons, Moda prides itself on curation and personalization.” Available exclusively for Hotel guests, the experience begins with a pre-arrival virtual styling session with Moda to set the tone. Once you arrive, a personal stylist will organize an in-person fitting of a thoughtfully curated wardrobe tailored to your preferences in one of the Hotel’s specialty suites. You’ll also receive a USD 1,000 credit to Moda Operandi so you can start planning your fall fits before the temperatures start to dip.

Island hopping and private tours in Athens

Located on the tip of Vouliagmeni peninsula just 20 kilometres (12.4 miles) from the city centre, Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is a summer haven that stretches out across 30 hectares (74 acres) along the Athenian coastline, including three private beaches. This idyllic address makes it the perfect jumping-off point for a favourite late-summer activity: island hopping. Climb aboard one of the Resort’s Technohull Rib Boat Omega 47 vessels for a private boat tour to the islands of Hydra and Spetses. Spend the day swimming in crystal-clear waters, exploring stunning Zogeria Bay and savouring classic Greek cuisine in a local seafood taverna.

Like the majority of Europe, Athens quiets down a bit come August, but that bodes well for last-minute visitors. With smaller crowds, a guided tour of the Acropolis or the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion feels even more exclusive. Let the team at Four Seasons create a personalized itinerary for your stay filled with visits to famous archaeological sites as well as laid-back days lounging in and around the sophisticated seaside Resort. If you can, plan your trip around the August full moon, when museums and historic sites stay open free of charge late into the night so visitors can see them lit beneath the brightest moon of the year.

Waterfall hikes and the best snorkelling of the year in Los Cabos

Prefer to venture somewhere a little off the beaten path? Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas offers laid-back luxury on the secluded East Cape of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula. Here, the call to adventure is as thrilling as it is carefree. Hike along the hillsides, go off-roading through a rugged landscape, dive deep beneath the surface of the sea, see the night sky ablaze with stars, or simply relax on a pristine private beach. With so much to see and do, the team at Four Seasons can help tailor your stay and make sure you make the most of your late-summer getaway with a host of exclusive experiences.

On land, the Resort’s off-road waterfall tour is the perfect way to explore the wonders of the landscape and also enjoy a refreshing dip in the water. You’ll drive through canyons and dry riverbeds, stopping to explore the beautiful desert town of Santiago before continuing on to the 12-metre (40-foot) Sol de Mayo waterfall at Cañon de la Zorra. A short hike leads you up to a freshwater pool where you can swim next to the towering waterfall and sunbath on the giant boulders that line the pool.

And while there’s good snorkelling and scuba diving in the area year-round, summer and early fall are when visibility is at its best and water temperatures are nice and warm. For the ultimate experience, let Four Seasons arrange a snorkelling excursion to Cabo Pulmo, the UNESCO World Heritage Marine Site that Jacques Cousteau dubbed “the aquarium of the world.” Set off from the Resort’s private marina and you’ll soon find yourself surrounded by schools of colourful porkfish, bigeye jacks, snapper and several types of rays. If there’s something specific you’d like to see, just let the team know and they’ll do their best to find it for you.
