Hailing from San Giuliano Milanese, Italy, culinary artist Marco Erba has travelled extensively through Asia and Europe, building his career amongst five-star hotels and Michelin-rated restaurants. Using fresh seasonal ingredients from all over Korea, Chef Erba presents specialized dishes from each region of Italy in their own style. Combining dazzling expertise honed across the globe with an Italian passion for storytelling through ingredients, Chef Erba brings an uplifting dose of la dolce vita to Seoul.
