Nothing is impossible for Chef Chersouly with his 'can-do' attitude that helps turn imagination into reality. Hailing from France, he developed his career working at some high profile restaurants before joining the hospitality industry with Four Seasons beginning with Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, and Four Seasons Resort Seychelles before moving to Seoul. This is his first time working in Asia, and he is eager to discover the unique flavors in the city and incorporate them into his future creations that are truly work of art.
