YUSUKE AOKI

Executive Pastry Chef

Multiple award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Yusuke Aoki discovered his talent for dessert-making at a French pastry boutique in Shiga, Japan. The pastry chef and chocolatier honed his skills at hotels and patisseries around the world, including a stint at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, before returning home to Japan to oversee the Hotel’s pastry program.

    Savour afternoon tea with Shine Muscat as the star of the show. Prized for its crisp bite and juicy sweetness, this extravagant Japanese grape is the ultimate summer luxury. Our elegant spread also features jewel-like sweets and jellies, topped with fresh seasonal fruits. Weekdays: JPY 6,800 (JPY 6,300 for 11:00 am seating). Weekends: JPY 8,855 (JPY 7,084 at 11:00 am seating).

    Indulge in two splendid parfaits blooming with luxurious seasonal fruits. Bite into sweet refreshment in the form of our midsummer parfait, featuring fresh peach and lychee.
