Head Bartender Joshua Perez blends uncompromising attention to detail with an effortless versatility cultivated behind a dizzying array of bars around the globe – from discos in New Zealand to whisky hideaways in Japan and rooftop lanais in Hawaii. Now at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi, Joshua and the team deliver a richly immersive experience, woven with French and local flavours inspired by Japan's ‘virtues of VIRTÙ.'

This seasonal selection is themed along the seven virtues of VIRTÙ – from the use of local ingredients in Honesty, to the experimental flavours of Bravery. JPY 2,500 per cocktail and your second one is on us.
