A limited-time omakase course inspired by early summer, delicately composed to showcase the finest seasonal flavours. Beginning with Japanese savoury egg custard, a seasonal specialty, and a grilled seasonal dish, the experience is centred around 10 pieces of nigiri, including sea urchin, each crafted to bring out the natural depth and character of the ingredients.
