Born into a family of established restaurateurs, Marcel Finsterer’s passion for the kitchen started at a young age. His excitement and curiosity lead him to explore the culinary arts around the world, where he fell in love with Asian cuisine. Inspired by the energy of the kitchen, Finsterer was fascinated by the heat and pressure and spent most of his free time in the restaurant. His natural talent for simple yet exquisite Asian dishes has inspired an incredible career, including time spent in two Michelin-starred restaurants. His ultimate goal is to transport guests through Sea Fu’s dishes, allowing them to experience the essence of Asian cuisine.

    Sea Fu Tasting Menu

    A six-course culinary journey that reflects the delicate harmony between East and West. Each dish draws on the purity of seasonal ingredients, highlighting subtle contrasts: cool and warm, sea and land, umami and citrus. Thoughtfully composed to engage every sense, this menu invites guests to slow down, savour each element and experience the rhythm of Sea Fu by the shore. Designed to be shared between two, it is a celebration of craftsmanship, balance and mindful indulgence. AED 650 per person; additional AED 550 with wine pairing; additional AED 200 with tea pairing. We are also pleased to offer a fully vegan tasting menu.
