Osteria Mozza Lanai sits within Four Seasons Resort Lanai at Manele Bay, on the island of Lanai in Hawaii. It is Chef Nancy Silverton’s first restaurant in the state and is separate from her Osteria Mozza restaurants in Los Angeles, Singapore, Washington DC and Los Cabos. The open-air dining room and terrace look out over the Pacific Ocean.

Yes, and it is the only Osteria Mozza in the world that does. Breakfast features freshly baked pastries, sourdough waffles and Italian breakfast dishes.
Yes, salads are built around lettuces grown at nearby Sensei Farms, local ahi features across the menu, pasta dough is made with Hawaiian eggs and dishes are finished with Hawaiian sea salt. Chef Nancy Silverton’s Italian classics stay rooted in island produce. Pizzas and antipasti come from a wood-fired oven fuelled by local kiawe wood.
