The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai culinary team focuses on a farm and ocean to table experience, curating Pan-Asian influenced menus based on local produce and daily catch. The Team here has long standing relationships with key Hawai'i Island farmers that produce fresh lettuces and vegetables specifically for our chefs to build seasonally inspired menus and dining experiences. 'ULU focuses on a sustainable seafood program, using fresh prawns and oysters grown in our resort ponds, as well as collaborating with a Seafood Watch program to ensure Best Choice seafood options are placed on the menu. The 'ULU Chefs focus on clean and flavorful preparations, ensuring our fresh bounty of ingredients shine in their most natural state.
