Indian-born Rohan Matmary’s journey into the world of beverages began during his first visit to a cocktail bar in Dubai. Matmary has since built an extraordinary career, learning the art of hospitality across diverse settings. His philosophy is rooted in a symphony of artistic mixology and precision-driven techniques, culminating in an experience that seamlessly balances creativity and excellence.
