Handcrafted by Chef Loong, this year’s snow skin mooncakes feature flavours of indulgence. Choose from Musang King Durian, Chocolate with Himalayan Salt and Egg Yolk Custard, White Lotus Paste with Seaweed Black Sugar and Macadamia Nuts, and Bird’s Nest with Black Sesame and Almonds.
