Jimmy WongExecutive Chef
A native of Hong Kong, Wong’s career has taken him throughout Asia, honing his culinary skills at some of the finest hotels and resorts. He has held previous positions in Singapore and China, including Hong Kong. In addition to his work in the kitchen, Chef Wong has also won a prestigious television cooking competition broadcast on the popular CCTV-2 Network in Beijing.
