MKT Restaurant & Bar is a modern American restaurant in downtown San Francisco on Market Street in the Financial District, just a short walk from the Moscone Center. Ideal for business lunches, client meetings and evening dining, the menu features California cuisine with locally sourced ingredients such as Mary’s chicken, Liberty Farms duck and Five Dot Ranch prime steaks, alongside seasonal dishes and a curated wine and cocktail list.

Shaun Acosta
Executive ChefA Northern California native with more than 20 years of Four Seasons experience, Chef Acosta now leads the culinary program at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco. His career has taken him from the Big Island of Hawaii to New York City, and most recently Napa Valley – and now back to his Bay Area roots. With a “less is more” philosophy, Chef Shaun blends simplicity and innovation to create menus that celebrate the best of the season and the region.
