- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of your room or suite.
- To ensure a seamless stay, please contact our housekeeping team to arrange a convenient time for room servicing while your pet is present.
- For your pet’s comfort and safety, they should not be left unattended in your guest room or suite.
- We are committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all guests and our neighbours. Please clean up after your pet, both on site and in the surrounding neighbourhood.
- Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco does not charge a pet fee; however, additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or any damage caused by your pet.
- Only service animals are permitted inside MKT Restaurant & Bar.
