MKT Restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday nights. The full dinner menu is served in the bar/lounge area, but no reservations are taken.

At MKT Restaurant – Bar, Chef Ashanti’s creativity shines on the menu as she leads the culinary team in preparing California cuisine using regional seafood and meat. Ashanti joined the Hotel from Michael Mina in San Francisco, where she was the Executive Sous Chef, and has worked at Four Seasons hotels in Washington D.C. and Baltimore. In her spare time, Ashanti enjoys cycling and exploring farmer's markets.
