Sophia Kang
Assistant ManagerBorn and raised in Incheon, South Korea, Sophia Kang first joined the Four Seasons family in 2016 at Regent Singapore (formerly a Four Seasons hotel) as part of Manhattan’s opening team in 2014. Having worked her way up from floor staff to the first and only female bartender in the World’s 15th and Asia’s 6th 50 Best Bars, Kang has now joined Four Seasons Hotel Singapore as Assistant Manager at One-Ninety Bar.
Imelda Ng
Beverage ManagerKnown for her creativity and warmth, Imelda Ng leads the beverage program at One-Ninety Bar. Originally trained in fashion design, she approaches mixology as an art form, balancing flavour, texture and presentation with precision and imagination. Having led award-winning programs across Asia and earning recognition at the IBA World Cocktail Championship, Ng now curates innovative beverage experiences that blend global influences with local flair.
