Specialty Chef
Born and raised in the vibrant city of Zahle, Lebanon, Chef Tony has honed his skills to perfection with over a decade of experience in renowned restaurants. The menu he crafted for Byblos is his modern take on the recipes of his hometown. Chef Tony’s deep-rooted passion for food was inspired by his family’s traditions. He discovered a connection to the culinary arts through the shared experience of tasting the dishes.

    Byblos at Sea

    Experience a seafood celebration with a Lebanese soul, served on the shores of Bahrain Bay at our beachside restaurant, Byblos. Delight in the refreshing crab and smoked salmon salad; kebbit samak, a refined take on classic kibbeh; scallop provençal, pan-seared to perfection; and Siyadiya risotto, a rich fusion of creamy risotto and bold Siyadiya flavours.
