Hyung Gyu Kim

Executive Chef

Executive Chef Kim brings more than 10 years of experience working in some of the finest restaurants in the world. Most recently executive chef at W Hotel Doha, he attended the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu London and went on to work at Corinthia Hotel and Jumeirah Hotel London. At Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, Chef Kim is in charge of the entire culinary operation, leading a team of nearly 60 employees of 15 nationalities.

“I want to use fresh, local ingredients as much as possible, so our culinary offerings are always seasonal. I am a true believer that chefs should have good relationships with their suppliers and farmers. I need to know the product from farm to fork.”
