Father’s Day 6-Course Set Menu
Crafted by Chef Lam, who has recently taken the helm at award-winning Jiang-Nan Chun, where all cuisine and interiors are based on the principles of enjoyment and happiness. A sumptuous six-course menu has been carefully curated to celebrate the king of the family.
The exclusive Father’s Day set menu includes highlights such as Honey Glazed Pork Collar, Double-boiled Quail Soup with Sea Whelk and Blaze Mushrooms and Braised Six-head South African Abalone with Sea Cucumber.

Father’s Day Sunday Brunch
Celebrate Father’s Day in Singapore with an epicurean adventure at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. One-Ninety Restaurant will be laying out an extended Sunday Brunch with all of Father’s favourites.
With more than one hundred dishes to choose from, spoil Dad with poached Maine lobster and Alaskan king crab at the ice station, and treat him to succulent roasted Prime Ribs at the Hot Live Station. A host of local roast meats, salad selections, cold cuts, caviar and more than twenty-five cheeses along with other delectable dishes will be available at the award-winning restaurant’s buffet. The feast will end in a sumptuous spread of desserts from Whisky Truffles to Chili Pot de Crème, Chocolate Pudding, and a Chocolate Lava Cake station.
Enjoy this heart-warming Father’s Day Sunday Brunch with a choice of free flow prosecco, champagne and wines (non-alcoholic juices and sodas are also available).

One-Ninety Bar has launched a sophisticated take on the Italian pre-dinner drink tradition with L’Aperitivo Hour. Five specialty cocktails that will be linked to the new weekday event: Negroni, Aperol Spritz, French 75, Sherry Cobbler, Bamboo. Each cocktail will be prepared with the world's finest artisanal spirits and served in stylish new glass wear by John Jenkins.
Coupled with the cocktails will be an assortment of cold cuts, cheeses, delectable dips and nibbles that guests can enjoy. The fresh selection will be available to all guests at the bar who have ordered any alcoholic beverage or mocktail.

WEEKEND AFTERNOON TEA
Treat yourself to a lavish assortment of sandwiches, cakes and á la minute pastries on pass-around, with specialty TWG teas and Lavazza coffee made of 100% Arabic beans from Tanzania, brewed at your table.
From March 17, new seasonal offerings will be prepared by Pastry Chef Audrey Yee, a Four Seasons veteran and graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in London.
Yuzu Lemon Cupcake, Pistachio Éclair, Mango and Passionfruit Trifle, Macae Chocolate Macaron, Vanilla Scone served with homemade Strawberry Rose Preserve, and pass-around items such as Chicken and Mushroom Vol au Vent, Brioche French Toast with Morello Cherry Compote and assorted open-face sandwiches are just some of the highlights of the menu.
