Adventurous travellers reach new culinary depths with this one-of-a-kind epicurean adventure. Slip into a wetsuit and join a Four Seasons Chef and a local dive master for a two-tank dive. Catch a glimpse of the diverse sea life moments from shore and explore a secret dive site to catch your very own lobster. Back on land, our Chef will prepare each item to your culinary specifications. Sit back and relax as you take in the beautiful Nevisian sunset and sip cocktails on the beach.
Nevis Culinary Garden Experience
Nevis is abundant with a wide variety of fruits, plants, herbs and spices, many of which plants grow at Four Seasons Resort Nevis. Begin with a tour of the Resort with a stop in the Spa’s herb garden while you learn about each plant and its uses. Led by a Four Seasons Chef, this tour ends at the culinary garden where you will pick some of your favorite vegetables, fruits and herbs to be incorporated into a delectable three-course dining experience. Simply watch or join in as our Chef and culinary team prepare unique and innovative dishes using the ingredients you picked on your excursion.

Join Chief Mixologist Kendie Williams as she creates the perfect marriage between natural Nevisian ingredients and smooth liquor. Kendie uses fresh ingredients such as mango, lime and nutmeg to create a delicious blend of flavours. Then sit down for a Rum Pairing Dinner as your host guides you through a menu that focuses on locally-sourced ingredients and explains the flavour profiles of each carefully selected rum.
