Catch a glimpse of the diverse sea life moments from shore and explore a secret dive site to catch your very own lobster. Back on land, our Chef will prepare each item to your culinary specifications. Sit back and relax as you take in the beautiful Nevisian sunset and sip cocktails on the beach.

Pull up a chair to the bar at Mango Restaurant, with over 120 varieties of fine-aged rums to choose from. Located on the southern end of the beach, it's the perfect Caribbean escape with a view of Nevis’ sister island, St. Kitts.

Join Chief Mixologist Kendie Williams as she creates the perfect marriage between natural Nevisian ingredients and smooth liquor. Kendie uses fresh ingredients such as mango, lime and nutmeg to create a delicious blend of flavours. Then sit down for a Rum Pairing Dinner as your host guides you through a menu that focuses on locally-sourced ingredients and explains the flavour profiles of each carefully selected rum.

Experience the authenticity of a home cooked Caribbean meal passed down through generations. Join Nevisian native Mac Kee France, Director of Guest Experiences for a tasting of local cuisine, including spicy jerk chicken, goat water (an authentic stew), fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables. Learn about Nevisian culture as you spend time with locals in a relaxed environment.
