    We’ve cast our net wide for this buffet, where oysters on ice, flambéed scallops, Maldivian lobsters and a catch of local delights – many supplied by low-impact partners like our Maldivian hand-line fishermen – are prepared before your eyes in different ways. Enjoy sushi and sashimi, teppanyaki, lobster risotto, stir-fries and Bánh cuốn, plus an array of salads and desserts.
