Valentin Mille
Executive Pastry ChefHailing from Colmar along the Rhine River in the Alsace region of France, Valentin Mille brings the sweetest touch to Four Seasons Hotel Madrid as Executive Pastry Chef. He grew up loving food and was later inspired to focus on pastry when he saw a chocolatier in action. Valentin has travelled the world, being trained in the most exclusive restaurants and patisseries, including Michelin-starred restaurants such as Guy Savoy in Paris. Using carefully selected seasonal products, Valentin brings his personal creativity to the art of gastronomy, creating memorable pastries with innovative flavours.
