SOPHIE LARROUTURE

Bar Manager
Born and raised in the suburbs of Paris, Sophie has always been intrigued by hospitality. She studied management at university and interned at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, but initially started as a waitress to learn the business. In 2016, while bartending on her rise to Assistant Bar Manager at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva, Sophie entered the World Class competition and won Best Bartender of the Year in Switzerland. She’s very excited about her new city.

Miguel always delivers the highest level of service with each of his cocktails.He is recognized as one of the best bartenders on the national scene, and seeks to revolutionize Madrid with a new cocktail concept never before seen in the city.

With his unique and roguish style, Jhonny aims to bring his personal creativity to the art of gastronomy. Our Head Chef was involved in the beginnings of DiverXo, and in the opening of StreetXo in Madrid and London. Jhonny combines Asian, Peruvian and Mediterranean cuisine, which makes him a perfect match for Isa.
