Born in Barcelona to parents who were restaurateurs, Omar Mallen discovered the joys of cooking at a young age. His career has spanned Michelin-starred restaurants and elite hotels in Paris, London, Istanbul and Tunis, while working with chefs such as Ferran Adrià, Sergi Arola, Alain Ducasse, Ramon Freixa and Pierre Gagnaire. Excited to be leading the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, Mallen has a clear vision for the banqueting operations. He is determined to create a restaurant-quality experience on a large scale, making Four Seasons a delicious new destination for meetings and events in Madrid.
