Guests arriving by taxi or private transfer can be dropped off directly at the hotel entrance. On-site parking is available subject to availability, with paid valet parking also offered.
Yes, Iki is open to both hotel guests and outside visitors. Reservations are highly recommended, as the restaurant has an intimate setting. We recommend booking approximately one week in advance to secure your preferred dining time.
Yes, Iki welcomes families for Japanese-inspired dishes in a stylish poolside setting. While Iki does not have a dedicated kids’ menu, children can order from the shared children’s menu available through In-Room Dining and Ritz Pool Bar. Dining is complimentary for children under the age of 5 staying at the Hotel. High chairs and changing tables are also available.
