Our Resort is now open and welcoming guests, and we have launched an enhanced global health and safety program, Lead With Care. Upon arrival, there may be COVID-19 symptom screening for guests and patrons entering the Resort. Employees will be wearing masks and per Maui County public health emergency rules, all guests (age 5 and above) will be required to wear a mask or face covering when in public indoor spaces and when receiving in-room service. Masks are strongly recommended for children age 2-4 years old. In some jurisdictions, additional or more stringent regulations on mask usage are mandated and must therefore apply. In accordance with local health authorities, some restaurant and facility services and hours may also be modified.

Travellers vaccinated on the mainland can bypass quarantine without getting a COVID-19 test by uploading proof of vaccination to the state’s Safe Travels website, found here. Visitors will also need to bring a physical copy of their vaccination cards with them.

Please note that out-of-state visitors without proof of vaccination must present evidence of a negative COVID-19 test result upon arrival in Hawaii and at the Resort, and they must register with the state's Safe Travels digital program. The Resort endeavors to keep current with applicable State of Hawaii policies, but each guest is responsible for complying with the requirements imposed for quarantine-free travel to Hawaii. Effective October 16, 2021, Maui County requires proof of full vaccination or negative COVID-19 test with in the last 48 hours for all persons 12 years and older to dine at indoor restaurants, bars and to utilize indoor gyms and spa areas. Guests can show their government or school issued ID along with vaccination card or digital version through Hawaii’s Safe Travel app.
