    Christmas Dinner Buffet

    Christmas Day brings a holiday feast to ‘ULU Ocean Grill with bountiful food stations, including a sushi and seafood cold bar, carving board selections and seasonally inspired favourites, as well as a sweets station showcasing desserts that celebrate the holidays.

  • New Year’s Eve Gala

    Join us under the stars to celebrate the arrival of 2024 at our annual New Year’s Eve Gala, complete with a buffet dinner set against the backdrop of the Beach Tree Pool. As the clock nears midnight, the countdown to the new year begins with a fireworks display.

Miller & Lux

Miller & Lux takes over our Resort’s Hualalai Grille, with an intimate club-like ambiance and views of Hualalai Golf Course’s 18th green. Celebrity Chef Tyler Florence’s menu provides an inventive dining experience to celebrate the holidays with dishes influenced by our local Hawaiian culture. Expect the highest-quality steaks with impeccable flavour from the best ranches in the country; a robust raw bar; fresh sustainable seafood; and farm-direct vegetables – inspired by the cuisine and bounty of Hawaii Island.     Camp Manitou

    Kids ages 9 to 17 can attend daily programs at Camp Manitou at Hualālai – an exclusive partnership with the heralded Camp Manitou. One of the nation’s foremost summer camps, the staff is focused on fostering group bonding through activities such as visiting secret beaches, exploring lava tubes and waterfalls, snorkelling at Kealakekua Bay and stargazing at Mauna Kea.

    Promontory Wine Dinner

    Enjoy a beachside evening of dining with wine pairings from a winegrowing endeavor taken on by the Harlan family, Promontory Wines and the ‘ULU Ocean Grill culinary team. The evening begins with a beachside reception before you’re seated on the Moana Terrace. Anthony Mendelson, Director of Americas for Harlan Family Wines, will host the evening, where you’ll sip expertly paired wines and savour a multi-course dinner curated by Executive Chef Richard Polhemus.
