The restaurant menu celebrates a variety of preparations such as oven roasting, flame grilling and wok firing while integrating Hawaiian flavours with pan-Asian techniques.

The Trading Company offers morning pastries and specialty coffees, delicious fresh fruit smoothies and locally made ice creams.
