Bar des Bergues welcomes Jonathan Gabbay, beverage manager of the award-winning ARGO at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, for an exclusive two-night guest shift. A familiar face in Geneva, Jonathan began his Four Seasons journey at Bar des Bergues before moving to Hong Kong, where he now helps shape the cocktail program of one of Asia’s most celebrated bars.
