Nemare presents the Asado, a Latin American live-fire culinary pop-up event. We're partnering with local farm Finca La Josefina, a third-generation cattle ranch, as the exclusive beef provider. Nemare chef Enrique “Kike” Retana brings his love and passion for Costa Rican ranching and the region of Guanacaste into the mix along with Executive Chef Emiliano Rabia.
