Executive Chef

At the culinary helm of the Hotel, Chef Samir is responsible for the direction of The Pool Bar & Café, in-room dining, banqueting and the signature dining experience at THE Blvd. In this role, he draws on experiences from over three decades in the industry, which include apprenticeships in India and positions at luxury hotels in Toronto, Dubai and Aspen.

“Los Angeles is truly a celebration of cuisine from all over the world. When guests dine at the Hotel, I hope to share with them an authentic taste of what’s out there.”

    This March at THE Blvd, we’re featuring a menu dedicated to one of our favourite films, with “Slippery Little Suckers” escargot, an enhanced “Feeling Pretty” cocktail, and a live pianist on Saturday evenings.

    Reels Over Rodeo

    Once a month through October, watch “Pretty Woman” on our Rodeo Terrace at Beverly Hills’ first outdoor, rooftop cinema experience.
