This annual event features Italy’s rarest truffles prepared by Executive Chef Andrea Accordi and a distinguished lineup of Italian culinary talents: Paolo Vitaletti, Christian Martena, Davide Garavaglia, Andrea Susto, Gabriele Boffa and Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Bonaffini. End the evening with a live satellite auction direct from Italy, with proceeds supporting the Border Patrol Police School Foundation under Royal Patronage. THB 15,000 per person.
