The mooncakes are encased in an elegant, teal silk fabric jewellery box, inspired by the botanics that infuse the cuisine at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
This year’s baked selection revives evergreen Silver Lotus Paste with Melon Seed, Silver Lotus Paste with Single Yolk and Silver Lotus Paste with Double Yolk. We're also featuring the returning Smoked Duck with Assorted Nuts and Lime cake inspired by Jiang-Nan Chun’s signature Peking Duck, prepared in a mesquite wood-fire oven.
This year’s snow skin selection features the tropical Passion Fruit with Dried Mango, the exquisite Bird’s Nest with Custard, the smooth and creamy Mao Shan Wang Durian and the well-loved Hazelnut Royaltine Chocolate.
