Michael Patria

Executive Chef
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Chef Michael Patria started his culinary journey as a child, spending time in the kitchen with his Italian father and mother from Kentucky. His parents’ fusion of authentic Italian dishes and Southern delicacies would go on to inspire Patria’s own craft as a chef, fueling his drive to experiment with genres. With more than two decades of experience, Patria oversees the dynamic culinary offerings at the Resort.

“My philosophy on cooking is simple: put a modern spin on classic techniques and, most importantly, have fun with it.”

Executive Pastry Chef
Born in Perigueux and raised all over France, Chef Chersouly launched his career at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Les Pres D'Eugenie and honed his skills across France before joining Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris in 2012.

“I am excited to be part of the Resort's incredible team of culinary talent, and to bring a new perspective through French-leaning technical skills.”
