Discover the “Catch Your Own” program at our CASA DE BRASA poolside bar and grill. Board a fishing boat at our private marina and venture out onto the Sea of Cortez to catch your own sailfish, snapper or marlin. Our chef will then custom-prepare your meal with your choice of our signature sauces and sides. Among the options is Pescado Sarandeado from Mexico’s Nayarit region, featuring snapper marinated in a spicy paste of ancho and guajillo chilis.2 / 3Cooking Classes
Learn to cook like the pros and bring home a memory that will take you back to Mexico with every twist of the wrist. Choose from an array of classes including ceviche, tacos, Zarandeado fish, Sea of Cortez sushi – or learn how to perfect the art of the cookie with our team of chefs. Culinary classes begin daily at 1:00 pm in estiatorio Milos and may be reserved for up to six people per class. A minimum 24-hour notice is required.
