Surinder’s genuine enthusiasm and science for delicious beverage making was cultivated after many bartending encounters in boutique and stylish bars within the city. Through the years, his knowledge, skill and passion grew further and led him to the biggest graduation of his career – taking on the role of Assistant Bar Manager in 2018 at Rhu Bar and being promoted to Head Bartender. He has a knack for knowing which customers just want a mojito and those who want the full backstory of the infusion of a mandarin gin they make in-house.
