Jeffrey Zeng

With over a decade of culinary experience, Chef Jeffrey has worked at deluxe international hotels and restaurants in Guangdong and Macao, including Robuchon au Dôme, the Michelin three-star restaurant in Macao. Jeffrey focuses on the selection and creative application of fresh seasonal ingredients in his creations. He prefers to venture off the beaten track and prepares Western cuisine with a combination of luxurious and simple local items to elevate the flavours and create exotic, but pure and simple cuisine. With his extensive experience, foodies can now enjoy excellent quality contemporary French influenced cuisine at Catch.
