Executive ChefBorn and raised in Italy, Giancarlo di Francesco decided to pursue a culinary career as he grew up watching his mother cook. The youthful joys of crafting holiday delicacies and getting inspired for new creations by her side inspire his latest creations. With nearly 26 years of experience in Asia, di Francesco excels at the fusion of authentic Italian culinary artistry and Asian cuisine culture, bringing fine dining experience to local gourmets and international visitors.
