Executive Sous ChefFilippo Fondatori
Like many other Italian chefs, Chef Fondatori inherited his passion and talent for cooking from his grandmother. He draws influences from his home region of Tuscany, as well as from 15 years spent working across Italy and around the world.
"The essence of Italian food is simplicity. Using the freshest ingredients, plus a little bit of cooking technique, will enhance the original taste, and do it with love."
