Created by Senior Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert, this year's White Christmas Bûche de Noël captures the beauty of snow-covered peaks in an elegant festive design. Layers of buckwheat sponge, buckwheat crémeux, sherry vinegar caramel and roasted cocoa nib mousse. come together in a festive dessert designed for sharing. AED 300 per bûche; serves 6 people. Celebrate Epiphany with Chef Nicolas Lambert's interpretation of the classic French Galette des Rois. Featuring madeleine-flavoured frangipane, premium French butter and caramelised inverted puff pastry. Accompanied by the soothing tones of singing bowls and the natural rhythms of the evening, this simple 10-minute ritual offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect and reconnect. Afterwards, linger beneath the palms with a warming festive beverage and chocolate treat.
Unwrap a Ritual Each Day Each day of the festive countdown reveals a different complimentary enhancement with every 60- or 90-minute treatment. It may be a soothing scalp or facial massage, assisted stretching, dry body brushing or gentle silicone cupping. Other days bring nourishing care for the eyes, lips, hands or feet or a hydrating face or foot mask. The enhancement is incorporated within your chosen treatment and its booked duration, adding a thoughtful new element without extending the treatment time.
