Executive Chef

At the culinary helm of the Hotel, Chef Samir is responsible for the direction of The Pool Bar & Café, in-room dining, banqueting and the signature dining experience at THEBlvd. In this role, he draws on experiences from over three decades in the industry, which include apprenticeships in India and positions at luxury hotels in Toronto, Dubai and Aspen.
