Part of the Summer Cookout Series by Chef Mackenson Horebe and the Four Seasons culinary team, the evening pairs waterfront views with a seasonal menu designed as an ode to summer’s final moments. Guests are welcomed with a savoury cotton candy presentation before enjoying a multicourse menu shaped by airy textures, creative techniques and seasonal ingredients.
