Santa Fe is well-known as a healing destination, drawing artists, healers and those seeking transformation with its expansive mountain views, plentiful sunshine and cleansing air. Spa Director Tina Hay is a believer in the mysticism of the destination, where a day in the office is spent overseeing the 10,000-square-foot (930 square metre) Spa, situated on a spiritual vortex and offering treatments inspired by the traditions and botanicals of northern New Mexico. Tina brings more than 20 years or wellness experience to her role in Santa Fe, where she advocates giving guests permission to relax. She encourages visitors to take time to truly unplug, indulging in one of the tranquil spa courtyards with a hot soaking tub, relaxing in the steam room or dry sauna, and unwinding in the Warming Room with a cup of local tea and a roaring fireplace.

  • Journey to Abiquiu

    Blending wellness with adventure, embark on a one-of-a-kind journey of self-care. Led by a local expert, and private guide, this customized, hike-to yoga and meditation experience is a trek into nature to embrace the healing elements of the outdoors and the spirituality of the surrounding land. Begin with a traditional sage smudging ceremony, meant to clear the mind of any negative energy, and set intentions for the days ahead. Continue on with a scenic hike to discover the sacred lands, awe-inspiring scenery and vast landscapes of Plaza Blanca. Then, stop at a dedicated location for one hour of expert-guided yoga practice, followed by a special mandala meditation session to reflect on your personal journey and complete the experience. Fresh, healthy picnic lunch options are also available as an add-on to your adventure.

    Join us for this complimentary, gentle, all-levels yoga class that focuses on mindfulness and alignment-based poses that link breath to movement.
