July 3 – August 29, 2026Santa Fe Opera
In 2026, the Santa Fe Opera presents a line-up of classic, rarely performed and new works. The 69th Festival Season features 38 performances of two new productions, two celebrated revivals and an American premiere. The Opera is located just a seven-minute drive from the Resort and is easily accessible by complimentary shuttle to and from the performances.
July 9–12, 2026International Folk Art Market
The International Folk Art Market is the world’s largest juried exhibition and sale of works by master folk artists, held annually in July at Santa Fe Railyard Park. Founded in 2004, this non-profit event features more than 150 artists from more than 50 countries, focusing on economic empowerment for artisans through sales of handmade goods.
August 15–16, 2026Santa Fe Indian Market
Now in its 104th year, the Santa Fe Indian Market is the largest and most prestigious native art market in the world. Each August, more than 1,000 native artists from more than 200 tribal nations transform the streets of Santa Fe into a vibrant celebration of creativity, community and culture. The art market is free and open to the public.
September 23–27, 2026Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta
This five-day festival features world-class culinary artistry of up to 75 Santa Fe restaurants, coupled with the sophistication and wines of up to 90 national wineries.
October 3–11, 2026Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta
For nine days in October, the Albuquerque skies are colourfully painted as more than 500 balloons lift off from Balloon Fiesta Park. Plan now to be part of the world’s largest hot-air balloon festival, watching hot-air balloons lift gently through the crisp autumn air. The fiesta takes place in Albuquerque, conveniently located one hour from our Resort.

The Santa Fe area has many popular festivals, but perhaps the most well-known is the nearby Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, drawing worldwide visitors.
Many of the festivals are suitable for families and centred around the famous Santa Fe Plaza. Others, such as the Wine & Chile Fiesta, are better suited to adults.
Some of the events, such as the Wine & Chile Fiesta, require tickets. Other events are free, open to the public and do not require tickets. Check the Tourism Santa Fe website for complete details and information.
Most festivals and events take place nearby in the iconic Santa Fe Plaza, under a 15-minute drive from Four Seasons Resort Santa Fe. The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta takes place in Albuquerque, a one-hour drive from the property; private transfers are available at an additional cost.
